Settlement between ‘Ali Akbar Khan (Salar As‘ad), on behalf of his underage children, Zayn al-‘Abidin, Ibrahim, and ‘Isa, and Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri over properties that Gawhar Khanum (daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah) had transferred to them in exchange for one hundred dinars. The properties included one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir, a house-garden and its water usage in Mahan, and a house named Khalvat in Kirman. Mirza Baqir's petition about the death of his wife and child, 1919
Mirza Baqir, an employee of the Finance Ministry in Kirman, claims that while he had left Hutkan to collect his wages in Jiruft, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali from Sarbanan had taken the writer's wife and his two children along with their household furnishing to his home. A few days later, Mirza Baqir's wife passed away and his children were sent to Hutkan on a pack animal. One of them stopped drinking milk and died eight days later. He is asking for justice.

Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan on behalf of himself and his seven children, sells one-fourth of the properties in Sar Bizhan, Kirman, to Salar Nusrat Ghulamhusayn Khan for one thousand and one hundred and eighty tumans and some wheat. Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan’s wife and her sister, wife of Hasan ‘Ali Khan, had inherited half of the Sar Bizhan properties from their late father, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, which were divided equally between the two.
